Store layout optimization and in-store execution Description: Education * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Marketing, or related fields; Postgraduate degree in Consumer Neuroscience. * Requirements * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: expertise in spreadsheets (Excel) and presentations (PowerPoint), including dashboard creation and application of complex formulas for data analysis; * Ability to extract and analyze information from tools such as Nielsen and Scanntech to identify sales trends and performance; * Business Intelligence (BI) skills: competence in using tools such as Qlik Sense or Power BI for data visualization and management; * Planogram software usage: proficiency with tools such as Retail Shelf Planner, Planogram Builder, and/or Spaceman for developing shelf layouts and optimizing in-store space; * Experience in people management (direct reports). * Manage relationships with key customers, serving as the single point of contact for all interactions; * Prospect new strategic partners to expand the category; * Monitor category performance across customers and the market; * Conduct monthly meetings with customers to evaluate category performance and plan future actions; * Manage the customer database; * Act as a facilitator between Trade Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring execution of category strategies; * Monitor and analyze category performance across customers and the market, using data from tools such as Nielsen and Scanntech; * Manage and update the customer database, ensuring accurate information for decision-making; * Develop and oversee the Multi Cafés category rollout process, ensuring implementation of layout and display strategies; * Develop and manage the layout guidance program, focusing on optimizing in-store execution; * Conduct periodic training sessions for operational teams (trade marketing and sales) on category strategies; * Annually update the Execution Guide for the entire portfolio, ensuring display and sales guidelines remain aligned; * Conduct market visits to closely monitor strategy execution and identify improvement opportunities. 2511090202181796920
