Manage relationships with points of sale **Trade Marketing Supervisor** \- Temporary Coverage \- Shared Customer Experience Required **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Starting salary:** R$ 3\.366,40 * **Attendance bonus:** R$ 500.00/month \- per internal regulations * **Meal allowance:** R$ 36.59 per day * **Health insurance plan** per internal regulations. * **University partnership program** (extended to family members for undergraduate and specialization courses) * **PLR – Profit and Results Sharing Program** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday (with flexible hours). **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the Sales Promoters team; * Coordinate promotional activities and campaigns; * Manage relationships with points of sale; * Control expenses related to promotional and merchandising campaigns; * Establish and maintain relationships with customers, store managers, and supervisors; * Use data analysis software and platforms; **Requirements:** * Experience in this role at employment agencies or Trade Marketing agencies serving shared customers; * Personal vehicle; * Driver's license category B; * Flexible working hours; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree Driver's License Category: B Willingness to travel
