Focus on Well-being and Efficient Communication Ensure that quality control actions are carried out in accordance with customer procedures and PDC; Train and qualify inspectors for service execution, maintaining records of this activity; Ensure the ergonomic and mental well-being of supervised staff during working hours; Ensure defective parts undergo an effective containment process; Develop specific Work Instructions for the part to be inspected, where applicable; Log working hours of supervised staff into the billing system; Select and hire employees according to predefined criteria and processes; Ensure efficient verbal and documented communication between the company and employees; Maintain direct contact with clients to provide timely and effective attention regarding the company's products and services; Ensure the ergonomic and mental well-being of supervised staff during working hours; Ensure that pre-defined reports and indicators are submitted to clients.
