Job Summary: A professional responsible for the operational management of e-commerce, including order control, inventory management, billing, and general support for online sales. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive e-commerce management, from order processing to billing. 2. Operational and logistical control of online sales. 3. Essential support for e-commerce operations. The company is seeking an Operational Analyst based in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Order management via TikTok Shop. Integration and control of sales on Bling. Issuance of electronic invoices (NF-e and NFC-e). Product registration and updates. Inventory control (receipts, shipments, and stocktaking). Order picking and verification. Label generation and shipment tracking. Handling returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Sales and billing reconciliation. General support for e-commerce operations. Previous experience as a Process Analyst, Operations Coordinator, Operations Specialist, or Operational Efficiency Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
