Monitoring overdue customer payments GLOVIS BRASIL LOGÍSTICA | Piracicaba - SP | On-site Job Description We are seeking a Logistics Analyst; this position is responsible for analyzing and monitoring customer billing and supplier payments related to the freight rate table. Responsibilities and Duties * Analyzing the freight rate table and supplier payments (12 customers); * Analyzing the freight rate table and customer billing (13 customers); * Developing action plans for recurring deviations; * Preparing reports/indicators for presentation to management/coordinators; * Monitoring and handling overdue customer payments (Overdue). Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Experience in administrative logistics sectors, payment analysis, and/or billing * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Desirable Requirements * Intermediate English Salary Range To be determined Employment Type CLT Benefits Medical Insurance; Dental Insurance; Life Insurance; Meal Allowance; On-site Meal or Meal Voucher (depending on location); Transportation Allowance or Shuttle Service (depending on location); Profit Sharing Program (PLR), among others.
