Support tax planning and analysis of tax impacts Accounting firm located in Belo Horizonte (Barreiro) is hiring a Tax Coordinator **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide the fiscal department's professional team, promoting technical development and operational efficiency. * Plan and coordinate the preparation of ancillary obligations, tax returns, tax calculations, and other activities related to the tax department. * Ensure compliance with deadlines established by tax legislation and internal office deliverables. * Stay\-updated on changes in tax, fiscal, and social security legislation, disseminating information to the team. * Analyze and review tax activities performed by team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance. * Support the development of tax planning and analysis of tax impacts for clients. * Interact with clients to clarify tax-related questions and provide technical support to client service teams. * Monitor and track fiscal department performance indicators, proposing continuous improvements. * Participate in the firm’s strategic meetings, contributing insights related to the tax area. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of tax, fiscal, and social security legislation. * Prior experience in an accounting firm or tax department. * Leadership, team management, and effective communication skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. * Proficiency in accounting and tax management systems. **Benefits:** * R$21.50 daily meal allowance * Transportation voucher * Health insurance * Dental assistance * Gympass **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Hybrid work model * PJ contract Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
