We seek someone who goes beyond the office environment, actively participates in operations, and contributes to the company’s decision-making process. Responsibilities * Prepare, analyze, and monitor the **Income Statement (Statement of Profit or Loss)** * Prepare and analyze the **Balance Sheet** * Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting * Conduct cost, margin, and profitability analyses * Develop and monitor financial KPIs * Support executive management in strategic decision-making * Ensure accounting and financial compliance * Collaborate integrally with other company departments Requirements * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Prior experience in finance or controller roles * Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Income Statements and Balance Sheets * Strong numerical aptitude and logical reasoning * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile * Proactivity and hands-on attitude * Ability to leave the office, understand operations, and propose improvements * Advanced Excel skills (ERP experience is desirable) Behavioral Profile * Does not limit themselves to routine tasks * Continuously seeks solutions and improvements * Demonstrates an owner's mindset * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$8\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
