Management consulting and internal/external auditing * Responsible for corporate legalization, drafting articles of incorporation/bylaws, and notifying competent authorities of business closure; * Administer corporate taxes; * Record accounting events and transactions; * Control fixed assets; * Manage costs; * Administer the HR department; * Prepare ancillary obligations, such as: auxiliary declarations to tax authorities, competent agencies, and contributors; and manage registration of books with appropriate authorities; * Prepare financial statements; * Provide management consulting and information; * Conduct internal and external audits; * Respond to requests from regulatory agencies and perform expert assessments.
