If you believe you can transform lives, this is the perfect place for you! \#Join\+GN** **Responsibilities** Coordinate the accounting team by setting goals, supervising activities, conducting training, and evaluating team performance to maintain efficiency and synergy, ensuring the quality and timeliness of accounting deliverables. Generate, reconcile, and submit payroll files to the Accounting Advisory firm, verifying data consistency and ensuring compliance to guarantee accurate information for analysis. Prepare the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) calculation spreadsheet for completing the DRE_F360, collecting cost and sales data, and performing precise calculations to determine the managerial COGS, thereby providing critical information for preparing the Statement of Income (DRE) and managerial decision-making, performed monthly with reviews and adjustments. Coordinate the completion and delivery of debt reports by channel and consolidated report, reviewing data, ensuring information integrity, and preparing detailed debt reports to provide a comprehensive view of the group's financial status, supporting strategic decision-making according to the defined schedule. Coordinate and prepare the Statement of Income (DRE) — Finanças360 managerial report, collaborating with involved departments, reviewing accounting data, and ensuring correct DRE preparation to provide an overall view of financial performance, guiding senior management in their decisions. Support the team in delivering presentations to the board, assisting in document preparation, verifying information consistency, and providing support during presentations to ensure the board receives accurate and relevant information for evaluation and strategic decision-making. Support external audit requirements by providing requested documentation, interacting with auditors, and ensuring transparency and compliance of accounting processes to facilitate the audit process, prevent adverse impacts, and safeguard the integrity of accounting records as needed. Monitor and implement accounting standards, staying updated on accounting regulations and implementing necessary changes to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, avoiding legal risks, continuously. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences and completed postgraduate studies. * Active CRC registration. * Prior relevant experience in accounting, preferably in supervisory or coordination roles. * In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and standards. * Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends. * Knowledge of people management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Learn About Our Selection Process** 1\.
