Support and training on management and planning tools Description: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in the relevant area is desirable; * Knowledge of accounting, finance, financial management tools, and processes; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with Power BI is a plus. * Prepare and analyze the budget cycle; * Conduct budgetary control and analysis of business budgets; * Prepare and monitor management reports and performance indicators; * Develop and analyze reports for tracking real estate development projects; * Perform financial, investment, and project controls; * Propose and implement performance indicators; * Operate systems, and provide support and training for organizational management and planning tools; * Update and monitor BI dashboards; * Perform other duties as required by the department. 2512300202491749121
