This role is essential for ensuring organization, clarity, and efficiency in the company’s financial management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Issuing invoices * Issuing and managing bank slips (boletos) * Monitoring and managing collections * Closing and verifying commissions * Supporting payroll closing * Generating **analytical reports on financial inflows and outflows** * Maintaining and updating the **ERP system for P&L control and monitoring** * Organizing financial controls and supporting departmental administrative routines **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Organized with strong attention to detail * Analytical and responsible mindset with numbers * Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility * Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively * Prior experience in financial routines and ERP usage is a plus We seek someone eager to grow professionally and contribute to a structured and strategic financial management framework.
