Continuous process improvement and cost reduction **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Service Provider (PJ) * Coordinate and monitor the performance of the Documentation Assistant and Analyst team, promoting engagement and continuous technical development; * Manage relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) with customs brokers, notary offices, and institutional partners involved in fleet regularization; * Administer ERPs and management platforms, ensuring timely updates and integrity of vehicle documentation data; * Supervise and guide the team in resolving complex issues, such as duplicate transfers, traffic fines, judicial blocks, and registration inconsistencies at traffic authorities (DETRAN/SENATRAN); * Generate, analyze, and present departmental performance indicators (average transfer time, rework rate, operational costs, and pending process backlog); * Implement continuous improvements in departmental workflows, aiming for standardization, efficiency, and reduced notary and fee-related costs; * Ensure efficient communication flow between the documentation department and sales, finance, and executive teams; * Validate physical and digital archiving procedures for audit and compliance purposes. **Requirements:** * Education: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree. * Proven experience in vehicle documentation and prior experience leading or coordinating small teams. * Advanced knowledge of traffic legislation and DETRAN processes; * Intermediate proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). **Benefits:** Day Off, Virtual Health Platform, Telemedicine, Virtual Therapy, TotalPass
