Are you ready to lead our movement? **\#VemPraRumo** **About the Position** Plan, lead, and ensure execution of the organization’s technical training strategy, promoting continuous development of competencies essential to the business—with emphasis on efficiency and operational excellence, safety, and sustainability. Serve as a technical and strategic reference in knowledge management, aligning training initiatives with the company’s current and future needs across all technical operational areas: Operations, Maintenance, Permanent Way, Terminals, and Engineering. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify technical training needs based on competency matrices and operational indicators, aligning initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives. * Lead the training team to enable planning, development, and monitoring of technical training programs in accordance with business strategy. * Develop, implement, and monitor technical training programs using impact assessment methodologies and tools, ensuring operational excellence, effectiveness of actions, and process governance. * Partner with operational leaders and People teams to ensure training alignment with real-world demands, fostering a learning culture and valuing technical training within Rumo. * Develop suppliers, educational partners, and internal resources for implementation of initiatives. * Contribute to technical succession management at Rumo by mapping critical roles and structuring development plans for successors and internal instructors. * Collaborate closely with technical and engineering areas to ensure trainings remain updated according to the latest operational standards and procedures. * Ensure operational staff undergo continuous training so skills are periodically renewed through refresher courses and ongoing training. * Monitor and report performance indicators for training programs—including participation rate, effectiveness evaluation, impact on operational results, and return on investment. * Equip operational staff for future challenges, focusing on emerging technologies and competencies supporting business evolution. **Experience** * Advanced learning methodologies. * Advanced management of technical and operational training. * Experience in people management. * Strategic planning and educational project management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Pedagogy, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree/MBA in fields related to undergraduate studies. **Technical Knowledge:** * LMS, BI systems, and performance evaluation tools. * Performance indicators and training effectiveness evaluation. * Artificial Intelligence applied to development; virtual reality, simulators, microlearning, and adaptive learning. * Budget/Opex management. **Additional Information** **Work Model** * **Employment type:** On-site * **Hiring model:** CLT * **Work location:** Indaiatuba \- SP * **Working hours:** Business hours * **Travel requirements:** Occasional **Benefits Package** * Meal Allowance * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) * Railway Safety Bonus * Private Pension Plan * Credit Cooperative * Payroll-Deductible Loan * Wellhub * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Surgical Instrumentation * Pharmacy Assistance * Life Insurance * Funeral Assistance * Pregnancy-to-Postpartum Support Program * Extended Parental Leave * School Supplies * Daycare Assistance * Christmas Toy * Christmas Kit * Psychological, Legal, and Financial Assistance Program * Benefits and Discounts Club * Corporate University **\#VemPraRumo** **About Rumo** We are Brazil’s largest railway logistics operator, crossing the country from North to South via nearly 14,000 km of rail lines—a distance equivalent to traveling from São Paulo to Australia.
