Support for promotional activities and marketing campaigns **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **Commercial Representative** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide frontline customer service (in-person, phone, WhatsApp, or digital); Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable product or service; Prepare and present standardized commercial proposals in accordance with company policy; Record and maintain up-to-date all customer interactions and information in the CRM; Follow up on received leads, ensuring prompt response and progression through the sales funnel; Conduct post-sales activities to ensure customer retention and identify new opportunities; Support consumer-targeted promotional activities and marketing campaigns; Report performance against targets and customer feedback to the Commercial Coordination team; Ensure timely submission of duly completed contracts to the responsible department for formalization and billing. **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct sales, customer service, or similar roles. Proficiency in ERP systems and knowledge of commercial performance indicators is desirable.
