Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate the internal sales team, ensuring efficiency, monitoring daily activities, analyzing KPIs, and implementing structural adjustments to customer portfolios. Development and training on electrical materials **Required Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or Commercial Management. * Postgraduate specialization in commercial areas is desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the internal sales team, ensuring process efficiency and achievement of targets. * Monitor the team's daily activities and support prioritization of tasks. * Handle simple customer requests and route complex demands to the responsible account managers. * Implement structured adjustments to customer portfolios and define regional distribution of projects and prospecting activities. * Analyze performance indicators, ensure monthly reporting closure, and propose corrective actions when necessary. * Develop and monitor KPIs using data from the Protheus system. * Supervise the commission system. * Register discount requests (Rockwell, STA) in the Protheus system. * Lead and support initial training, workshops, and advanced capacity-building sessions on electrical materials and new products. * Interface with suppliers in cases of delays, discrepancies, or need for mediation. * Attend quarterly results meetings and strategic meetings, substituting for the manager when required. * Conduct client visits to clarify contractual questions and strengthen relationships. **Desired Experience** * Experience supervising and coordinating internal sales teams. * Strong background in managing commercial processes, targets, and KPIs. **Company Address:** Avenida Jerônimo de Albuquerque, n°1000, Bairro Angelim, Cidade São Luís/MA.
