Manages people and team development Join Moura, an organization that for over 60 years has been delivering energy to meet market demands through innovation and technology. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participates in the Distributor’s annual strategic planning, focusing on the commercial area, and cascades sales targets to the team. * Ensures the Sales Management Process by implementing the Distributor’s commercial policy; monitors team productivity via the CRM system and cadence meetings, approves sales routes, and conducts field visits with sales representatives to provide on-site feedback. Tracks competitors’ activities, manages the customer portfolio, and ensures improvement of the sales quality index and accuracy of market actions. * Ensures compliance with commercial processes related to the PAM – Moura Environmental Program, monitors open BIN status, and implements actions to reverse delinquency through systematic tracking of the indicator. * Supervises relationship-building initiatives, promotes and monitors *Trade Marketing* activities by communicating promotional campaigns to the team, requests promotional materials, plans sales campaigns, encourages participation in the ENERGIA PREMIADA program, attends trade fairs and events, and fosters engagement in institutional relationship programs. Motivates the sales team to participate in the META PREMIADA program. * Manages people through planning and structuring high-performance teams, selecting, onboarding, and training employees within the area and role. Evaluates and guides team performance, retains and develops employees through structured feedback, manages workplace climate and cultural alignment, and ensures adherence to Moura’s People Management policies, guidelines, and standards. * Ensures effective use of the Moura Management System and communicates the importance of this tool. Develops action plans for continuous improvement goals and ensures their execution, addressing anomalies as necessary.
