Product knowledge and automotive repair Provide customer service by delivering reliable advice and excellent service to store customers, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and experience in automotive repair and testing, offering technical advisory support when needed, and maintaining a service attitude that exceeds customer expectations. In addition to sales, assist in managing product displays to ensure the store's appearance and cleanliness are maintained. Support cash register operations and assist other AutoZoners, including assuming responsibility for the store in the manager's absence. * Assist the Store Manager in store operations; * Help develop new AutoZoners; * Deliver specialized customer service; * Maintain appropriate inventory control to promote sales and uphold store appearance; * Ensure processes and documentation related to sales, pricing, and physical inventory counts; * Assist less technically experienced colleagues in making accurate sales; * High school diploma or equivalent; * Experience in leadership and goal achievement; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (basic level) is preferred; * Automotive industry knowledge is preferred.
