Leading sustainability and environmental compliance initiatives **OVERVIEW** Perfetti Van Melle Brasil, manufacturer of the Mentos, Fruittella, and Chupa Chups brands, is seeking a talent to unlock their potential as a **FACILITIES SUPERVISOR**, based in **VINHEDO/SP**. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** Responsible for managing building infrastructure and facilities services, including maintenance, cleaning, reception, landscaping, cafeteria, and common areas. You will administer contracts and suppliers, control costs and inventory, and ensure service quality. You will plan and monitor maintenance activities, provide logistical support for events and travel, and lead sustainability and environmental compliance initiatives. You will also handle audits, ensure partner governance, and promote an environmental care culture among users. **WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU** **Minimum Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree **Field of Study:** Administration or related fields **Knowledge: Negotiation and contract evaluation with suppliers.
