Responsibilities: Supervise store operations (dining area, kitchen, and customer service); Lead, train, and develop the team; Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards; Monitor performance indicators (sales, cost of goods sold, waste, and targets); Manage inventory, orders, and unit organization; Ensure excellent customer service; Support shift scheduling, timekeeping, and conflict management. Requirements: Previous leadership experience in the food/fast-food industry; Completed high school education; Flexible availability; Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile; Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
