Focus on customer service and adherence to standards Supermarket seeks a Store Supervisor in Curitiba. **Responsibilities:** Supervise teams responsible for restocking, cashiers, customer service, and other store departments. Monitor the supermarket’s overall operation during business hours. Organize staff schedules and task assignments. Ensure departmental organization, cleanliness, and adequate stock levels. Monitor customer service and assist in resolving issues. Verify compliance with targets, procedures, and company standards. Manage store opening and closing when required. Support inventory control and goods receipt. Guide and train staff on operational routines. Monitor product expiration dates and displayed product quality. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Contribute to team and store performance and smooth operation. Previous experience as Sales Supervisor, Store Coordinator, Branch Manager, or Sales Team Leader may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
