Inventory control and store appearance maintenance Provide customer service by delivering reliable advice and excellent service to store customers, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and hands-on experience in automotive repair and testing; provide technical consultation as needed, with a service attitude that exceeds customer expectations. In addition to sales, assist in managing product displays to ensure store appearance and cleanliness. Support cash register operations and assist other AutoZoners, including assuming full responsibility for the store in the store manager’s absence. * Assist the Store Manager in managing the store; * Help develop new AutoZoners; * Deliver specialized customer service; * Maintain appropriate inventory levels to promote sales and uphold store appearance; * Ensure processes and documentation related to sales, pricing, and physical inventory counts; * Assist less technically experienced colleagues in making accurate sales; * High school diploma or equivalent; * Experience in leadership and goal achievement; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is preferred; * Automotive industry knowledge is preferred.
