Development and motivation of the sales team **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \- 08:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service Provider \- PJ * Manage store processes and personnel; * Recruit resumes and conduct interviews; * Develop and implement strategies and actions for team training, development/motivation; * Keep the team updated on internal processes and company guidelines; * Continuously align sales guidelines/strategies with the team; * Conduct sales and provide support to the sales team; * Serve customers in person; * Serve customers in a responsive manner; * Proactively prospect customers using the CRM tool; * Prospect new customers externally via PAP (door-to-door) activities and at strategic locations; * Monitor/register local customers in the CRM to build a customer portfolio; * Monitor registration of new proposals in the system; * Monitor customer portfolios for future prospecting/sales; * Monitor rejections from the analysis desk for possible re-evaluations; * Collaborate with the regional office to track sales origination; * Send invoices to customers after sale completion; * Participate in store action planning together with the regional office; * Follow sales guidelines provided by the regional office; * Monitor progress toward target achievement; * Provide feedback to the team; * Conduct post-sales follow-up with customers; * Purchase consumables, office supplies, and cleaning items for the unit; * Send physical copies of contracts and invoices to Head Office; * Prepare financial reports for the unit; * Collaborate with the regional office to define marketing actions (once per month); * Monitor store delinquency; * Assist in maintaining and enhancing the store’s appearance. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree: Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. * **Benefits:** No benefits specified
