Manage all cashier operations: queue management, opening and closing of cash registers, cash removal, and submission of all department documentation via courier pouch. Motivate and lead the checkout team to ensure achievement of sales and service targets. Monitor sales performance by analyzing reports and comparing them against established goals. Support the store manager. Deliver the best shopping experience by continuously delighting and retaining customers. Previous roles such as Checkout Coordinator, Cashier Supervisor, Assistant Checkout Manager, or Checkout Leader may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
