Client and supplier communication, commercial negotiations, contract signing, and strong emphasis on process organization will be required. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Preparation and validation of quotations; * Negotiations with suppliers; * Contract submission; * Purchase execution; * Delivery tracking; * PO creation; * Client follow-up; * Validation and tracking of supplier payments; * Updating product/service catalog. * Concierge position for a specific campaign; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in the Procurement area; * Knowledge of supplier negotiation; * Experience with Protheus is a plus; **Additional Information** **What We Offer You?** **To balance work and personal life:** Flex Office – 2 days remote and 3 days onsite.
