Here, sales are not operational — they’re strategic. You’ll have autonomy to organize, adjust, and evolve the team to generate greater results. **Your Challenge** Build and lead a high-performance commercial team Achieve monthly targets and ensure consistent growth Ensure revenue predictability through pipeline management Enhance sales processes, commercial approach, and sales strategy Turn data into rapid decisions to scale results **What You’ll Do in Practice** Lead, monitor, and develop the sales team Define and cascade clear, achievable targets Track KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, average deal size, and sales cycle Manage pipeline and forecast Structure and optimize commercial processes and CRM usage Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation Directly drive team performance improvement **Requirements** Experience leading B2B sales teams Experience with targets, KPIs, and sales forecasting Experience with CRM and pipeline management Proven track record of delivering commercial results **Salary negotiable.** Compensation: starting from R$4\.000,00\00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
