Team development and support for marketing initiatives Position: Sales Coordinator Location: Limeira/SP Employment Type: CLT \| On-site Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM \| Fri: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Start Date: Immediate **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise, guide, and support the sales team to ensure achievement of targets. * Support negotiations, conflict resolution, and client interactions. * Assist with online and on-site customer service as needed. * Identify team needs and oversee training and development activities. * Support marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives. * Creation of content and materials * Monitor digital channels, respond to comments and messages * Ensure store organization and smooth operation of commercial routines.
