Serve as the interface between artists, teams, and departments for project implementation **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Service Provider \- PJ The Promoter Rep is part of the Global Music division and is responsible for representing the artist at 30e, implementing the strategy jointly defined with the artist, managing interfaces with all stakeholders involved in international projects, ensuring project delivery, and providing comprehensive 360-degree oversight — including ticket sales, marketing, operations, and production. As an extension of the Global Music division, the Promoter Rep ensures adherence to all strategies, processes, and policies, thereby contributing to the full operational efficiency of the division and its deliverables. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as the liaison between the artist and 30e, effectively executing the project; * Develop briefing documents containing all information regarding the confirmed show, ensuring all departments organize their deliverables accordingly; * Develop project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders meet their deliverables by the stipulated deadlines; * Monitor financial spreadsheets for each project; * Oversee production and operational execution to ensure event excellence; * Coordinate with the Local Promoter Manager (National) and other departments to ensure all stakeholders remain informed about project progress; * Assist the Local Promoter Manager (National) in project closing activities, maintaining up-to-date information; * Ensure that project-defined policies are being applied; * Facilitate communication among projects, teams, and other departments at 30e, ensuring smooth project implementation and process efficiency; * Guarantee application of divisional strategies to achieve expected results; * Support additional demands from the Global Music division whenever required. **Requirements:** **What we’d love you to have:** * Experience in the entertainment industry; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively across departments; * Organizational and planning skills; * Focused profile with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment; * Problem-solving skills; * Excellent adaptability and flexibility; * Proficiency in Excel; * Logical thinking ability; **Benefits:** No benefits specified
