We seek an **Operational Assistant** eager to learn and contribute to strengthening the popular economy. You will be responsible for supporting the Operational Manager and units by monitoring operational routines, organizing information, consolidating reports, tracking indicators, and assisting in process standardization. You will work collaboratively, proactively, and with strong organizational skills, contributing to operational efficiency and the performance of microfinance units. **We are AmazonCred, and our mission is “to transform lives by strengthening the popular economy, contributing to poverty reduction and sustainable development in the Legal Amazon.”** **** If you believe in the power of financial inclusion and wish to join a team making a difference, come with us to transform the Amazon! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide direct support to the Operational Manager * Monitor operational and commercial indicators across units * Consolidate information and prepare management reports * Support goal and results tracking * Follow up on requests from microfinance units * Organize documentation and operational workflows * Assist communication between headquarters and units * Monitor deadlines and operational pending items * Update control spreadsheets and internal systems * Support operational process standardization * Provide administrative support for the Operational Manager’s activities * Track requests related to tickets, credit, collections, and operations * Perform other duties related to the position as needed **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (college enrollment in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel preferred) * Experience in administrative or operational routines * Knowledge of microfinance or finance-related areas is desirable * Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset. **Additional Information** Our Story – AmazonCred On November 7, 2006, we—a group of regional visionaries—founded AmazonCred, a Civil Society Organization for Public Interest (OSCIP) dedicated to human, socioeconomic, and cultural development in the Amazon region.
