We are part of the lives of thousands of customers seeking a practical and welcoming shopping experience. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform cashier operations including opening the register, receiving payments (cash, card, Pix, etc.), issuing invoices, closing the register, and managing change; * Accurately record transactions in the POS system, ensuring correct amounts and verifying payment documents; * Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service as the final point of the customer’s shopping journey, reinforcing a positive experience; * Promote store products, contributing to sales results at the register; * Verify product codes and labels, notifying the Store Manager immediately upon encountering discrepancies or uncertainties during customer service; * Maintain a clean, organized, and secure register area and service environment; * Collaborate with the store team to support smooth department operations and efficient customer service. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education (or equivalent); * Proficiency with numbers and attention to detail, especially when handling cash and change; * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and proactivity in customer service; * Ability to remain calm and maintain service quality even during peak hours, acting with agility, focus, and courtesy; * Stay updated on store products and services, actively supporting their promotion at the register and helping achieve team goals; * Collaborative mindset, willing to support the team and contribute to smooth store operations. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):** * Prior experience as a Cashier or in similar retail roles; * Basic knowledge of POS systems and credit/debit card machines; * Experience providing public service in high-traffic environments; * Previous work in fashion, retail, or large department stores. **What we offer you:** **CLT Employment Contract** With all statutory rights guaranteed. **Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. **Transportation Allowance** Commuting assistance in accordance with legislation.
