If you enjoy working in a team-oriented, dynamic, and welcoming environment that offers continuous learning opportunities, join us \#MakingADifference. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the logistics area with strategic vision and results orientation; * Structure, implement, and optimize logistics processes, driving continuous improvement; * Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term logistics planning; * Ensure service levels and productivity; * Define, monitor, and analyze performance indicators, enabling data-driven decision-making; * Manage logistics costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains; * Conduct negotiations and manage contracts with transportation providers and logistics operators; * Manage operational risks, proposing preventive and corrective actions; * Collaborate closely with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations departments; * Ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies, safety, and quality standards; * Develop, engage, and lead the logistics team, promoting high performance and a results-oriented culture. **Strategic Responsibilities of the Role** * Structure the logistics function (processes, team, KPIs, and governance); * Define logistics policies, guidelines, and standards; * Plan logistics expansion aligned with business growth; * Implement and consolidate performance monitoring indicators and routines; * Ensure continuous evolution of processes and logistics maturity. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies or an MBA will be considered a plus. **Experience:** * Solid experience in managing and leading logistics operations; * Experience in structuring or restructuring logistics processes; * Experience in mid- to large-scale environments or those undergoing rapid growth; * Proven track record in cost management, KPIs, and continuous improvement. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in retail/grocery sectors; * Analytical mindset with strong results and operational efficiency orientation. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * PPR (Profit Sharing Program) * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Education assistance * Pharmacy partnerships * Discounts with partner companies Tauste is named in honor of the founders’ grandparents—Spanish immigrants from the town of Tauste—who arrived in Brazil in the early twentieth century.
