Resolves problems with empathy and speed Description: Prerequisites: * Valid driver's license * Must reside in Belo Horizonte and surrounding areas * Full availability for travel A Relationship Manager oversees a Regional (a group of partners) and is one of the most critical pillars in Pitzi’s relationship with its partners, acting intelligently to enhance results and make partnerships increasingly profitable and long-lasting. Implementing and measuring strategies that make partner support a scalable model. This person serves as Pitzi’s direct eyes on the ground. They bring the latest market trends. They anticipate our actions because they are deeply familiar with everything happening in our partners’ daily operations. The Relationship Manager is our primary lever for improving performance among our partners. Working closely with their Account Manager, they flawlessly execute strategies designed by Pitzi. We know that, even unintentionally, we may occasionally stumble—but the Relationship Manager’s role is to use empathy and speed to resolve issues, thereby minimizing potential impacts on day-to-day partner relationships. Daily Summary: * Creation and execution of strategic plans aimed at consolidating partner performance growth. * Development and presentation of materials for managerial partner meetings conducted remotely or in person, via video or PowerPoint, leveraging technology to stay close to partners and their sales teams. * Travel for field visits and various online meetings to conduct diagnostics, planning, metric alignment, and methodology implementation. * Shielding the partner and building trust levels far beyond commercial matters. * Collaborating with partner management to co-create joint strategies. * Execution and submission of partial reports, rankings, forecasts, and reports. * Scenario analysis and diagnostics for accounts, engaging with multiple management levels of partners as well as their sales force. 251211020249359793
