A nonprofit organization seeks an Institutional Development Manager in Campos do Jordão (Vila Capivari). **Responsibilities:** Develop and implement the institutional development plan, defining strategies to diversify revenue sources—including patrons, incentive laws, sponsorships, events, auctions, and direct donations. Manage the area’s budget, monitor financial targets and performance indicators, and ensure governance and sound accountability practices. Operate and develop the patron program, conducting active prospecting, donor retention, donor upgrade initiatives, and CRM management focused on conversion, retention, and recurring contributions. Develop personalized relationship journeys for patrons and major donors, including exclusive experiences, visits, and events. Prospect companies and institutes, prepare sponsorship proposals with deliverables, and conduct negotiations through to formalization of funding—focusing on the Rouanet Law. Manage the full sponsor lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, relationship management, and accountability reporting. Monitor public calls for proposals and stay updated on legislation and best practices related to tax incentives. Plan and execute relationship-building and charitable events, implementing tiered sponsorship packages, honors, and deliverables. Ensure narrative and positioning consistency across foundation departments, reviewing sales and institutional communication materials and proposing innovations in engagement and brand strengthening strategies. Previous roles such as Institutional Project Manager, Institutional Development Coordinator, Institutional Partnership Manager, or Institutional Relations Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
