Monitors sales, average ticket, ABC curve. Compares LY. Guides team and adjusts strategies. Validates entries / exits. Authorizes write\-offs for supplies. Monitors stagnant products and requests restocking. Checks operating license, pest control certificate, fire extinguishers, AVCB, water filter. Maintains updated records. Conducts daily and weekly meetings. Trains leaders and team members. Monitors execution of checklists. Monitors Store Leader’s operation regarding people, training, HR, and administrative reports. Checks safe (every Monday and randomly), cash registers, cash withdrawals, change funds. Resolves receipt discrepancies. Monitors Google reviews. Reports to Marketing. Participates in corporate groups. Executes maintenance checklist. Inspects bags and trash bins. Ensures cleaning and organization standards. Prepares and validates work schedules. Monitors absences.
