We are looking for a Commercial Manager with strategic vision, leadership ability, and deep knowledge of the wholesale and food distribution market. Responsibilities• Lead and develop the sales team, ensuring high performance and engagement. • Define and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and commercial strategies. • Develop strategic relationships with customers and partners. • Identify market expansion and revenue growth opportunities. • Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure business efficiency. • Analyze sales, margin, and profitability metrics. Requirements• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Commercial Manager in wholesale or food distribution. • Strong experience managing sales teams. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets. • Experience in strategic negotiation and key account management. • Knowledge of the food market (dry grocery, food, frozen foods, or similar). • Analytical mindset, strong leadership, and results orientation. Preferred Qualifications• Experience in wholesale and food distribution companies. • Experience managing large-scale commercial operations. • Familiarity with sell-in, sell-out, margin, and inventory turnover metrics.
