Viajar pra Onde? is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the customer service and sales team, directly drive customer conversion, and support the executive team in strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop the sales and customer service team Directly handle customer service and sales activities Support negotiations with customers, tour operators, and suppliers Monitor performance indicators and commercial targets Organize team requests, quotations, and processes Resolve issues related to sales, ticketing, cancellations, and refunds Participate in strategic meetings and support executive decision-making Track commissions and commercial results Structure Direct leadership of 3 people Well-established team requiring adjustments and optimization Requirements Experience in the travel industry Sales experience Leadership skills Organization, proactivity, and results orientation Clear communication, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills Work Model On-site – Samambaia Sul/DF Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM CLT employment regime | 44 hours per week Banked hours (no overtime) Compensation and Benefits Fixed salary: R$ 2,000.00 (CLT) Commission / bonus according to internal policy Meal allowance: R$ 36.30 per working day Transportation allowance according to location Complete work setup (laptop, monitor, mobile phone, systems, and tools) Job Differentiators Strategic and operational involvement Direct participation in commercial decisions Exposure to leisure and corporate tourism Collaborative, empathetic, and cooperative environment Job Type: Permanent Pay: R$1,999.00 \- R$2,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
