The professional will be responsible for managing and motivating the team, as well as optimizing sales processes. Experience in people management and consumer goods—preferably food—is essential. Reporting to the Commercial Coordinator, key responsibilities include: * Manage and motivate the sales team; * Optimize sales processes and commercial strategies; * Analyze and report sales results; * Develop strategies to achieve targets; * Support and accompany representatives in developing their client portfolios. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience selling fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG); * Experience in team management and ability to structure and lead teams; * Personal vehicle for work use; * Willingness to travel; * Availability to work on Saturdays. **BENEFITS** * Meal allowance – BRL 35 per working day * Mileage reimbursement (BRL 1.20 per km) * Travel expense reimbursement Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) Driver's License: Category B Personal vehicle Willingness to travel
