We value a human-centered, inclusive, and empathetic environment, and one of your missions will be to safeguard our culture. **Responsibilities and duties:** * Operate in the local market as the unit’s media focal point. * Focus on building relationships with retailers and external advertisers, developing new business opportunities, and generating revenue through acquisition of new media opportunities within the development. * Provide service and maintain the existing client portfolio. * Ensure commercial processes and workflows — from planning (pipeline), prospecting, negotiation, preparation of commercial proposals, collection of documentation, contract signature follow-up, billing, and campaign installation. * Seek meetings to present media opportunities and placement potential within the development, as well as develop special and customized projects. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Commercial Management or Advertising.
