Located in Aparecida/SP, we operate through online stores serving customers across Brazil, always focusing on quality, attention to detail, and delivering products that strengthen our customers’ spirituality and faith. **The company values internal development, with growth opportunities based on performance and results.** ***About the position...*** We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented **E\-commerce Assistant**, to operate and manage online sales channels, ensuring high\-quality listings, inventory control, and excellent customer service. **This position offers a real opportunity for professional development and growth, with potential advancement based on performance, results, and functional maturity within an expanding infrastructure.** ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Create, list, and optimize marketplace listings; * Monitor competitors, pricing, and product performance; * Perform inventory control and updates via system; * Support operational routine for orders and shipping; * Monitor account metrics and support performance improvement initiatives; * Use digital tools and AI to enhance productivity and optimize listings. ***Mandatory Requirements:*** * Completed high school education; * Experience with marketplaces or online sales; * Basic ERP knowledge; * Strong writing and communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Basic Excel knowledge; * Comfort with technology and digital tools. ***Desirable Requirements (Advantages):*** * Education: Completed or ongoing technical course in Marketing; ongoing undergraduate or technological degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience with ERP systems or other marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, Magalu, TikTok, etc.) * Familiarity with sponsored ads (Mercado Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads). * Experience using Artificial Intelligence in work contexts. ***Behavioral Profile:*** * Curious, eager to learn and take on challenges; * Organized and detail\-oriented; * Sense of responsibility toward deadlines and outcomes; * Analytical mindset to monitor sales and competition; * Agility and sense of urgency in customer service and operations; * Proactivity in suggesting improvements. **We accept candidates from the following locations: Guaratinguetá, Aparecida, Potim, Roseira, and Moreira César.** **Do you identify with this opportunity?
