Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data and Development Analyst to optimize and expand Anjun Express's logistics network. Key Highlights: 1. Map geographic expansion opportunities and optimize the logistics network. 2. Negotiate and contract transportation providers and logistics partners. 3. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with carriers. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Data and Development Analyst at Anjun Express Logistica e Transportes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Map geographic expansion opportunities based on demand data, current coverage, SLA, and logistics cost. * Prospect, negotiate, and contract transportation providers (line haul, last mile), regional operators, and PUDO partners. Lead RFI/RFQ processes, technical and commercial analysis, benchmarking, and contract negotiations. * Conduct qualification of new partners, including operational, documentary, compliance, and capacity assessments. * Develop and maintain strategic relationships with carriers and local operators. * Implement new partners into operations (onboarding), overseeing system integrations and operational testing. * Monitor performance indicators (SLA, delivery time, failure rate, cost per delivery, geographic coverage, NPS). * Identify operational risks and propose contingency plans to ensure service continuity. * Support defining logistics network expansion strategy (hubs, bases, dedicated routes, PUDOs). * Collaborate closely with Planning, Pricing, Operations, Commercial, and Technology departments. * Prepare executive reports and presentations with analyses of network feasibility, cost, and performance. * Work effectively across multiple organizations, including field operators, support teams, and technology product managers. * Support the Commercial department in launching new clients and services. **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields. * Experience developing data tools. * Experience in logistics and transportation, preferably in e-commerce. * Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of database analysis (BI development) and Python programming. * Familiarity with process and quality management tools (BPM, Six Sigma, ISO, etc.). * Knowledge of project management and product development tools.
