Join the journey of one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the country! **\#JoinOmie** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide daily customer support via chat, e\-mail, WhatsApp, and phone, addressing financial inquiries with excellence and building "win\-win" solutions; * Support internal channels (Sales and Customer Success), assisting in resolving customer-related financial issues; * Assist in maintaining and updating contracts, including due date adjustments and financial information updates in the system; * Update and issue payment slips, and guide customers on deadlines, amounts, payments, and other financial questions; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Economics, or Financial Management programs. * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Proactivity; * Teamwork orientation; * Attention to detail; **Additional Information** Flexible Benefit/Meal Allowance: BRL 45.00 per business day.
