Being diverse means being Super! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Objective** Responsible for maintaining a bulk-segment customer portfolio with an annual volume of 350 to 450 tons, acting as a solution generator meeting customers’ expectations and ensuring their satisfaction with our services, while also identifying opportunities to increase business margin and volume, aligned with the Direct Sales Management-defined operational areas. Communicates assertively, resolves issues promptly, and builds relationships with internal and external customers. **Job Responsibilities** Responsible for a portfolio composed of customers whose average consumption over the last 12 months exceeds 300 kg/month; Monitor the customer portfolio, comparing actual consumption volumes against projected volumes and volume targets; Monitor pricing, margins, idle tanks, and contract expirations; Ensure resolution of open cases and schedule visits by creating appointments in the SFE system; Address diverse customer needs and seek solutions to complaints logged in the customer complaint register; Conduct periodic visits to maintain customer relationships and verify the condition of installations, ensuring compliance with current applicable regulations; Comply with the company’s commercial, operational, financial, and administrative policies, contributing to their updating/improvement; Ensure the brand image/corporate visual identity remains unaltered; Offer LPG solutions to customers in accordance with the technical standards established by the company, ensuring necessary safety standards are maintained. Communicates clearly, objectively, concisely, and precisely, honestly and without aggression or offensiveness. Finds solutions to problems — whether simple or complex — efficiently and effectively, anticipating the consequences of implementation.
