Experience in managing commercial teams, B2B sales, target and KPI management, CRM, and pipeline management. • Leadership profile with strategic vision, strong results orientation, and problem-solving ability. • Experience in consultative sales, commercial process structuring, and active prospecting (desirable qualifications). • Knowledge of sales methodologies (SPIN, BANT, MEDDIC) is considered a plus.
