Espresso-based and matcha-based beverages are equally important and require the same level of care; candidates must be up-to-date on best practices and specific preparation techniques for each. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM) **Responsibilities:** * Prepare all menu beverages according to established standards * Understand preparation techniques for coffee- and matcha-based beverages * Serve customers at the counter and tables * Suggest add-ons and combos during service * Restock supplies and prepare mise en place before peak hours (12:00 PM–2:00 PM) * Maintain an organized and clean workstation throughout the shift * Clean equipment and utensils during the shift * Perform opening checklist * Report customer feedback and sales opportunities **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of barista experience in cafés and verified training * Agility in preparing beverages during peak hours * Ability to work independently and stay organized without direct supervision * Capability to multitask (e.g., grouping orders + organizing workstation) * Natural and friendly communication with customers **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with active selling at the counter or achieving average ticket targets * Experience with vegan menus or alternative products * Prior implementation of suggestions made in previous employment * Ability to analyze and propose improvements to processes/menu **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Execution speed above average * Proactive—identifies tasks needing action without being prompted * Understands that customer service is part of the sales process, not just order fulfillment * Asks questions when uncertain, avoiding repeated mistakes **We Offer:** * R$2.200 to R$2.500 (based on experience); * Meal allowance: R$800; * Totalpass with 50% reimbursement up to TP2 plan; * Discount card for Dr. Consulta services; **Selection process includes a practical test**.
