Job Summary: A sales professional focused on customer service, prospecting, customer retention, and managing the entire sales process—from quotation to after-sales—ensuring excellence and satisfaction. End-to-end sales cycle management, from quotation to after-sales Core Responsibilities: Serve customers in person, via telephone, and/or digital channels; Deliver excellent customer service through best practices in relationship building and courtesy; Promote the store; Build and maintain customer relationships; Acquire new customers; Register and keep customer data up to date; Prepare sales quotations, offering customers a wide range of options; Motivate customers to complete purchases and foster loyalty to the store; Communicate promotions, campaigns, and products to customers; Guide and answer customer inquiries; Promote products by demonstrating their functionality and advantages; Add complementary products to the sales cart; Offer complementary products; Verify product availability in stock before making a sale; Offer similar products; Inform customers about available payment methods and their terms; Inform customers about delivery and/or pickup conditions; Collect as much information as possible from customers; Apply pricing strategies, presenting data that supports the quotation; Negotiate delivery options with customers; Perform after-sales activities; Monitor deliveries until completion and follow up for future sales; Inform customers about the Exchange Policy and its terms; Carry out coverage procedures according to Supervision guidelines; Conduct inventory and warehouse walkthroughs to familiarize oneself with available products; Compensation: R$1\.798,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have easy access to the Engenho de Dentro neighborhood?
