Mapping of strategic leads and decision-makers Responsible for active customer prospecting. **Requirements:** · Proven experience in **active prospecting (hunter);** · Experience in B2B sales; · Experience with CRM and sales funnel management · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields) is a plus · Organization and discipline for consistent follow\-ups · Own vehicle (a plus) · Availability to work in Eusébio **Responsibilities:** · Active prospecting of new customers (shopping malls, retail chains, franchises, airports, real estate developers) · Identification and mapping of new strategic leads · Mapping of decision-makers (engineering, architecture, expansion, procurement) · Active outreach via phone, e\-mail, LinkedIn, and external channels · Scheduling meetings with new leads for the commercial team · Daily CRM data entry and organization · Consistent follow\-up with qualified leads · Pipeline updates and weekly performance reports · Participation in alignment meetings with the Manager.
