Contribution to the department's daily routine The Young Apprentice will support departmental activities, developing practical skills and professional knowledge while completing their theoretical training linked to the apprenticeship program. They will work under direct supervision, contributing to the department's daily routine and ensuring information organization and flow. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in organizing physical and digital documents. * Perform filing, updating, and control of spreadsheets and administrative records. * Support internal service activities, including in-person, telephone, or email assistance. * Assist in completing forms, reports, and internal controls. * Provide support for departmental routines as required. * Assist in updating internal systems and databases. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in High School or higher education during evening hours or with availability for schedule adjustment. **Additional Information** Company working hours: Monday to Friday \- 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM SENAI course hours: Twice per week \- 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Founded in 1985 in Ouro Verde de Goiás by brothers José Ricardo and Wilson de Oliveira, Rancheiro began with Rancheiro Coffee (roasted and ground) and quickly gained regional prominence.
