Come learn more! **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Senior Logistics Analyst**, you’ll operate at a strategic level, focusing on complex analysis, process stability, and decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: * Monitoring, analyzing, and ensuring consistency of performance indicators, proactively preventing operational failures and deviations; * Leading process improvement initiatives, proposing structured solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality; * Managing critical operational demands and priorities, ensuring high-quality delivery even under high-pressure conditions; * Conducting in-depth analyses of operational discrepancies, identifying root causes, and directing corrective actions in collaboration with relevant departments; * Participating in and supporting strategic departmental meetings, providing analytical insights and directly contributing to decision-making; * Developing and refining reports and dashboards (orders, deliveries, productivity, SLA), ensuring accurate information to support operational management and projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** What you need to play at this level: * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies in progress are desirable; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Knowledge of Power BI (modeling and analysis) is desirable; * Solid experience in logistics operations, e\-commerce, or high-volume distribution centers; * Familiarity with quality and continuous improvement tools (PDCA, Ishikawa, 5W2H, Lean, Kaizen); * Strong analytical ability, autonomy, organizational skills, and clear communication; * Ability to think critically, anticipate risks, and develop structured solutions.
