TOWARDS 2154! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Hold alignment meetings with the team to communicate daily goals and tasks, as well as provide daily feedback to drive high performance * Plan, organize, and oversee all store activities—including store opening, purchasing, product display and presentation, store arrangement, customer and staff guidance, daily cash reconciliation, through to store closure—with the objective of attracting and retaining customers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Retail commercial experience in footwear or other retail segments; * Experience in people management; * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours; **Additional Information** **Financial and Meal Benefits** Meal Allowance/Meal Voucher – For greater autonomy, you may choose between the Meal Allowance for grocery purchases and preparing your own meals, or the Meal Voucher for restaurants and snack bars.
