So, are you ready to wear this jersey with us? \#SBFSelection \#JoinSBF **Responsibilities and Duties** As a JUNIOR PLANNING ANALYST \- TRANSPORTATION, you’ll step onto the field with the following responsibilities: * Conduct critical analysis of deviations among plan, actuals, cost, and operational performance, assessing their financial and operational impacts. * Develop scenarios and projections to support strategic and operational decisions within the Transportation area. * Ensure cross-functional integration, effective communication, and tracking of actions. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date reports, KPIs, meeting minutes, schedules, and other project documentation. * Lead progress review meetings to update status and define next steps. * Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. * Create reports and presentations to support leadership decision-making. * Consistently and fully utilize tools such as Power BI, Excel/Google Sheets, and PowerPoint. Skills: Strong analytical ability and critical thinking. Organization, attention to detail, and results orientation. Effective communication skills for interaction across departments and hierarchical levels. Proactivity and ability to work autonomously. Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to play this role:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience in logistics planning and deviation analysis. * Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets. * Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, SAP, TMS, and management tools is a plus. **Skills:** * Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely delivery. * Ability to work autonomously. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and partners, demonstrating autonomy and proactivity. * Analytical mindset and results focus. * Attention to detail, organization, and initiative to ensure efficient and impactful project advancement. * Energy to turn challenges into solutions.
