About the position:
The professional will be responsible for the Credit area, focusing on delivering results efficiently and objectively. We seek a candidate who prioritizes the customer by providing tools and intelligence to increase their purchasing power.
Job Responsibilities:
* Management of all rules and parameterizations of the Credit Policy;
* Responsible for managing Credit Score and Behavior credit models;
* Management and maintenance of the entire credit limit workflow — Approval and Maintenance;
* Responsible for managing and analyzing Risk KPIs — APPROVAL RATE, FPD, EVER, among others;
* Management and development of the credit analyst team;
* Responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting committee reports to the Executive Board
Mandatory Requirements:
* Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
* Experience in fraud prevention.
* Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
